This white-labelled platform is designed to serve large clients, like state and national governments. It has been adopted by the Karnataka State Department of Agriculture in the name of eSAP (= Electronic Solutions against Agricultural Pests).
The platform enables field users (extension agents) to independently provide crop health services to the farmers. Field users can register farmers, diagnose problems, estimate problem intensity, provide prescriptions, and follow-up.
Clients can manage the content — crops, problems, solutions — by themselves. The platform allows for location-specific content.
The platform generates a dichotomously branching, image-assisted architecture that guides field users to the problems. The architecture accommodates every crop and problem.
Clients can onboard their subject experts to the platform. The platform allows field users to connect with subject experts whenever such need arises.
The platform considers the type of problem, damage intensity, prevailing weather, expected market rates, etc., to assess the seriousness of a problem.
The platform allows field users to share the prescribed solutions with the farmers. Solutions are based not only on the crop and problem, but also on the location, crop age, and seriousness.
The platform prompts field users to follow-up with the farmers. The follow up information is essential for improving/updating content.
The platform has built-in mechanisms to prevent data duplication and false data. High quality data to the client is an important USP of the platform.
The field user app synchronises with the server when online and works in the field offline. Services can be seamlessly provided even in remote landscapes.
The platform enables clients to include content in local languages. Field users can choose the language they are familiar with.
